Depeche Mode will be the next band to take part in the exclusive CBS Interactive webcast series Live on Letterman. The band’s performance will stream live on March 11 at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.com and VEVO.com. 

During their set at the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City, the guys are expected to play some tunes from their upcoming Delta Machine album, due on March 26, as well as a selection of their classic songs.  Following the live event, the concert will be available for viewing on demand at the official Live on Letterman website.  Previous artists who have performed on the Live on Letterman series include Soundgarden, Mumford & Sons, Foo Fighters, Wilco, My Morning Jacket and Coldplay.

In addition, Depeche Mode has revealed that next week, they’ll be making their first-ever appearance at this year’s South by Southwest festival in Austin, Texas. The guys will sit down for a moderated interview where they’ll be chatting about the band’s history, Delta Machine and their world tour to promote it, which kicks off in May. That discussion will take place on March 13 at at 5pm at the Austin Convention Center.
